Organic Standards

Organic Standards:

Organic is a labeling term that indicates that the food or other agricultural product has produced and processed using approved methods. These methods integrate cultural, biological, and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity. Synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, irradiation, and genetic engineering may not be used.

The process of organic farming to achieve BIO standards will take at least 3 years, in the first 3 years all stages controlled by inspectors of the organic organization:
  1. Planting of agricultural materials,
  2. Enrichment of agricultural soil,
  3. Detoxification,
  4. Pest control,
  5. Irrigation ,
  6. Harvesting of agricultural products,
  7. Pruning of trees,
  8. The time of packaging.

are strictly controlled.

After processing minimum for 3 years, products will be ready for organic markets; the point is the circle of inspecting the process will not stop for years! All exports of organic products have controlled by the CAAE and each time we send a person from the CCAE who comes to the mill to verify each bottle and another person from the Ministry of Health to check that all the shipment is in perfect conditions review orders to other countries.

The Organic Farming Committee checks all organic product labels before they are printed and added to each bottle or jar. They give us consent or deny it, but all labelling also controlled by the CAAE.

Organic food and agriculture are part of the solution to many of today's challenges - most importantly climate and biodiversity crises. The organic principles of health, the environment, equity and care apply to people, all living things and the planet's ecosystem.
