Here’s how the arrangement works:

 

Front Office.

Marketing Department

•    Receives all the orders and sends them to the back office.
•    Follows up the orders until they are sent to all distributers.
•    Collects all needed information and stores the data in the web app.
•    Keeps in touch with the customers and collects feedback in the back office.
•    Monitors the supply and demand equilibrium of the products in the market.
•    Contacts the end user for feedback on possible setbacks and problems and sends the reports to the back office.

CRM Department
 
•    Manages long-term relationships with the customers, to assist them to make informed decisions, improve user experience and built trust to enjoy mutual benefits.
•    Collaborates with the front office to make new policies.


Back Office


•    Develops and designs the website, provides maintenance, and supports all online services.
•    Manages the web-based applications (CRM, and, ERP, and automations software used in the company)
•    Manages the warehouse in the central hub and operates local warehouses in other cities and ports.
•    Collects data and manages customer behavior and interests.
•    Monitors all received orders and oversees supply chain management.
•    Observes the consume rate and keeps the distribution of the products in the region in balance.
•    Runs the CRM software and develops new policies in the web-based applications.
•    Monitors the distribution channel and tracks the supply chain from the supplier to the customer to make sure problems are remedied and customers’ rights are protected.
•    Oversees:
System analysis and reporting.
Business analysis and development.
Artificial intelligence and system performance management.
•    Updates services based on modern technologies.
•    Conducts system tracking, service monitoring and provides online support.
