We present golden superfood with 36 years registries experiences on the subject, our honey resource is third generation of bee farmer on the subject, their grandfather started the business years before 1985, our resource are respectfully take care of the environment and have a sustainable beekeeping management. Our apiaries are grown in pollution, GMO - free areas, where phytosanitary products have never been used. Our organic-certified hives are located throughout Spain in protected natural parks, and areas within the Biosphere Reserves (UNESCO heritage).
Led by truth:  As an identity of our company and under the criteria that differentiate our organiccertified beekeeping products from traditional ones, our honeys, meads, pollen and propolis have the guarantee of a homegrown product from own hives, after three generations of beekeepers.
 
Organic certified: All our hives and apiaries are organic-certified, which guarantees that euro products come from an environment without pollution, where flowers grow quietly far from pesticides. Our bees have not been fed with sugars that can adulterate the honey and have been treated against bee diseases with natural products, thus avoiding contamination of the honey.
 
Craftsman’s guarantee: That all our production is made by hand. From the flowers to your table. The whole process carefully crafted by hand.
 
Limited production: Our production is controlled by the official Organic Control Board, so that every jar or bottle is labelled and numbered under the control of the certifying Board. Depending on the weather and the different types of flowers, we can offer you honey from selected and limited harvests.
 
Organic Honey: Gathered within the environment of the Biosphere Reserve and Natural Parks where aromatic plants grow in wild mountain environments,far from any source of contamination. The extraction of honey from the hives is carried
out with a mobile extraction plant in the field itself, which allows us to obtain honeys of great purityby extracting them at the most appropriate time.

How to use it?

Considering the flowers, the mineral and vitamins from the nature has different usage, the taste, color and density are different for each flower who had made honey from.
Generally the honey is using for breakfast and mid-day foods, it can use as medicine like mixing with honey-and-cinnamon in specific time like late night, first meal in the morning or ... it is completely personal.

Bee-utiful Summer Salad: Not all produce needs honeybees for pollination, but their sheer numbers and tenacity make bees powerhouse pollinators. If a plant is not wind-pollinated (like corn), you can probably thank honeybees for the produce. All of the ingredients below (except salt) depend on bees for pollination.

Warmed Berries with Honey and Fresh Cheese: You may adapt this dessert to your taste by adjusting the blend of berries, the amount of honey, or even the amount of cheese. The idea is luxury in the amount of berries. Fromage blanc is wonderfully subtle; you can sub Greek yogurt, which is tangier.
