Rooibos, the concept is Red Bush, it is a broom-like member of the plant family Fabaceae that grows in South Africa's fynbos. The leaves are used to make a herbal tea that is called by the names: rooibos, bush tea, red tea, or red bush tea, Vegan , vegetarian and people who are care about their health are main consumer.
 
ROOIBOS : Is a traditional beverage made from the leaves of a South African shrub. It is consumed in a similar way to black tea and contains many antioxidants.

How to use it?

First, boil the water "don't heat it", boil it for a while. Then, add the boiling water to the tea bag, not the other way round.

Point
  • Putting the water in the cup and adding the bag to it is a recipe for disaster. 

Unless the water is at boiling point when it makes contact with the tea, the rooibos will never properly brew. make sure the cup or pot is nice and hot before you start. If necessary, rinse it out with near-boiling water. And keep it covered while the rooibos is brewing.
Leave the bag in the water for at least two minutes - longer if you like your rooibos strong. And for goodness sake, resist the temptation to dunk.
Just leave the bag alone until the drink is ready!
